Dale B. Moses

Dale Moses is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Liberty Maritime Corporation. Mr. Moses has been the CFO of Liberty since its inception in 1988. His responsibilities include developing and implementing financial and accounting controls, financing of new projects, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial, tax and regulatory compliance reporting for the company and the vessels operated by it.

Prior to joining Liberty Maritime Corporation in 1988, he served as Controller of Lasco Shipping, Inc. and Schnitzer Investment Corp. (1986-88). During his distinguished business career, Mr. Moses served as Assistant Corporate Controller for Schnitzer Steel Industries (1985-1986) and Controller of the cable operation of Rogers Communication, Inc.’s Portland, Oregon franchise during its construction (1981-1985).

Mr. Moses was born on February 27, 1954 in Portland, Oregon. He received a B.S. in Business Administration under the Portland State University Scholars Program in 1980. Mr. Moses is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves as an Alternate Trustee of the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association’s (MEBA) Benefit Plans.
